How about Melton Mowbray pork pies.....but heated in the oven so that all the jelly melts and soaks into the pastry crust?

On the basis they are far too fattening, spit (afterall my body is a temple .... ahem, best not mention the chocolate indulgence cake I've been eating since Christmas Day [tongue2] ), but actually, probably very tasty!!

How about a festive theme -

turkey sandwich with redcurrent and cranberry jelly and stuffing (my lunch today!!)
