Ups I`m so surprised. [huh]

Okay, here is the next question:
One reason, why I love coming to the South West is food - regional food. [biggrin]
So then: Do you know the difference between a Devonshire Cream Tea and a Cornish Cream Tea?

A stab in the dark.

Cornish one has Clotted cream and Devonshire has thick cream [unsure]
Niki Toogood and Scrumpy
If you ever thought your dog can't count, try putting 3 dog biscuits in your pocket and only giving him 2!!!

It's all to do with the order of the scone layout

Devon = scone-cream-jam
Cornish = scone-jam-cream

It's to do with where you are eating it!
If in Cornwall it's Cornish cream tea
If in Devon it's Devon cream tea

(Sorry I couldn't resist it - I tried very hard, but failed. Ifit's the correct answer I will be :shock: :shock: :shock: [blush]

Gotta say, bit of a fan of both!

Is it to do with the flavour of jam?

Cornish - Strawberry
Devon - Blackcurrant

??

the scone is different.

Devon has sultanas etc.
Cornish plain scone.
