any good dog harness ?

hello all

anyone know of any good dog harness as i am looking to train my dog on one so she learns the differnce from work and play time

i have been looking on the net and there are all sorts starting at approx £25 going up to £200

i want to be able to attach a tracking line to the harness while i am training her to track

thanks for any help you can give

Hi Shane
Have a look at the Julius K9 Powerharness have heard good things about it.
Also we don't do Tracking instead Lowland Dog train in Groundscenting.

If I was looking for a good quality harness tracking, I would use this site:- http://www.karenswood.co.uk/htm_site/ca ... sses_2.htm

They have supplied equipment to the working trials fraternity for many years.

It depends what type of Groundscenting you like to do. If you thinking of trailing it is important that the dog is able to move the shoulders freely and that the harness has a chest plate, to support a fast and strong scent follower. I hope this helps.

We use canine out fitterhttp://www.canineoutfitters.com/ who happily supply the UK from Canada, have fitted out 3 adult and 1 puppy searh dogs with their tracking harnesses. [wink]
