If you ever see this on your PC screen, its malicious software & a con, and probably an offence of 'unwarranted demand with menaces'.

Its nothing to do with the Metropolitan police or any other police. If you receive one report it to your local police and ask them to inform the national Police Central e-Crime Unit.
