I'm getting mine from one of the Surrey guys who works @ Kingston University (where Koester is an hon lecturer).

Getting it for about £25. If anyone who wants one let's me know I'll pickup more.

I bought one from Elaine when I was on the TL course....I think they were about £20.

Might be worth checking with her (i presume she is teaching).
